Hi guys,
first of all thanks for all help and support that this community has given so far.
I am trying to help my brother build his computer into a gaming pc. Recently bought a Corsair RM 750 X and a cooler master hyper 212 x for his computer and I'm trying to upgrade from the old computer case that he has (it was a generic local brand) and it has a lot of air flow issues. unfortunately I am on very limited budget and have gone through various websites for getting the new cabinet.
I have shortlisted a few cases. However with me having limited experience in building gaming PCs, I would like some advice on which particular product to go for.

1. Thermaltake VERSA N27
2. Circle CC830
3. Corsair Spec 03
4. Coolermaster Elite 431 Plus
5. Coolermaster 690 III

Just for reference, the pc specs are
3X2TB WD Caviar purple.
1X1TB WD Caviar blue
2x Samsung Evo 256gb SSD
2x16gb Gskill rip Jaws 2.1Ghz ddr3
I7-4771 processor stock.
Asus b85m-gamer board.
Hyperx212 cooler.

With Hyper 212X, you'll need a PC case that has CPU cooler clearance at least 158mm.

Out of those you listed, CircleCT is local brand and their prices are usually cheaper than imported cases from big brands.
CircleCT lineup: http://www.circlect.com/gaming-accessories/gaming-cabinets.html?dir=asc&order=price
e.g Elegantor which has CPU cooler clearance of 160mm,
black, specs: http://www.circlect.com/gaming-accessories/gaming-cabinets/elegantorblack.html?___SID=U
white, specs: http://www.circlect.com/gaming-accessories/gaming-cabinets/elegantorwhite.html?___SID=U

Though, since choosing a PC case is personal choice, ask your brother which cases he likes the most appearance wise.
Oh, Corsair Spec-01 is out of the question since it has 157mm of CPU cooler height.

Well he doesn't have an opinion on this (14yr old) :chaudar: and is satisfied with whatever i build for him as long as he gets to play games.
Problem is i have to deal with any H/W issues that may occur.
i decided on the Thermaltake versa N27 but cpu cooler was not having clearance i may go for the cooler master 690 III
