Tried to reseat my RAM, now it won't boot.

My computer recognized only one of my ram sticks, so I assumed I seated it wrong. I took it out and put it back in and turned my computer on to see if it worked, but my mouse and keyboard aren't powered and my monitor has no signal. I have no idea what I did wrong. I have tried resetting my cmos with the jumper and even switched and tried the RAM sticks one at a time. After doing each of these the result is always the same, mouse and keyboard aren't on and monitor is sleeping.

The computer powers on fine (fans, LED on the case) it's just no signal to monitor or M&KB

Are you sure that the RAM is sitting in the correct DIMM slots?

If you have 2 sticks of RAM, they should be sitting in DIMM slots 2 and 4. (The blue slots in the picture below)

You stated that you reset your CMOS with a jumper. Have you tried removing the CMOS battery, attempting to power on PC, then put the CMOS battery back in?

Remove CPU and check it and its socket carefully for any damage to pins and pads. There shouldn't be any dust, dirt nor debris of any kind on or among the pins and pads.

Remount CPU carefully and evenly. Uneven mounting of CPU can cause loss of pin/pad contact and in turn lead to all sorts of computer issues.

The RAM is definitely in the right slots and the reason I havent tried removing the battery is because the graphics card is right above it. I'll probably have to remove the gpu to get to the battery.

Removed the battery after removing the gpu (I have intigrated graphics) and the exact same thing happened. Nothing on the screen any devices aren't on.

I'm really confused on what the problem is now, because all the solutions I've tried have not changed anything at all.
