Which graphics card should I get

I want to upgrade my pc and i have two options for a graphics card the rx 460 and the gtx 760 and i will get an i5 2500 with them so will any one of them be bottlenecked and which one will perform better with the i5 2500

thank you for replying, i have another question if i wanted to emulate wii u games can the rx 460 emulate wii u games like the gtx 750 ti in this video "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EOkzRwGbrNg&t=85s" or will it have graphical glitches or any thing like that

The 460 is about on par with the GTX 750 in performance. So how it runs an emulator really depends on what cards the emulator uses better, AMD or Nvidia? I saw this on their website "Cemu is not intended for general use yet."

That means you can expect anything from crashes to performance issues to glitches.
