I have really low usage on my GTX 1080 . 2 days ago ı was playing Assassin's Creed - Origins in high options with 80 fps but now ı play with 20-30 fps. I check my gpu usage and %50. I only did updating my graphic driver to 397.93 .I tried to downgrade my graphic driver
397.64 but its same thing again. And its same in every game. I get 30 40 fps in pubg. and other games. I cant play anything

My build:
i7 6700k not overclocked
Msi GAMING m7 motherboard z170a
2 stick 16GB DDR4 2400 Ram
250GB SSD+3TB SATA
MSI GTX 1080 GAMING X
Win 10 (everything updated)

Solution

That temperature is not good for your CPU. Reapply thermal paste or even get a new cooler. It is the problem, it is holding back the gtx1080.

Make sure you set your "power management" to "prefer maximum performance" in the Nvidia control panel.
Also, try to reduce or increase the resolution of the monitor. Is there any difference? What PSU do you have?

-Update your BIOS and check for any windows updates.
-Enable Intel XMP at the BIOS.

And ı use aida64 to stress my graphic card. It works perfect when stress test is on(%100). and ı see my cpu temperature 100 degrees. I think its anormal thing. Because when just opened my pc to look cpu temperature its 100 degrees and when ı playing games its same again.
And on games my cpu works %70-80.

That is not normal. The CPU is the issue, it is holding the GPU back. Check that the cooler(you have stock, right?) is properly seated and/or reapply thermal paste. Such throttling is a grave issue. You must reduce the heat and check again.
