Can I stream Fortnite On this Config?

Hi, My friend told me that to stream games I need atleast 6 core CPU
But i think fortnite isn't high Config demanding game
Can I Stream On this config?
My rig is
I5 6600k CPU
Asus Strix R9 380 4GB OC GPU
Asus Z170-K MOBO
16GB 2133Mhz DDR4 Memory
10Mb/s Broadband Connection with around 5-8ms Ping on ookla speedtest
Iball CHD 20.0 Webcam
1920X1080 Monitor

If Yes, Then which Free software to use for streaming?

Youre gonna need better upload speed. For example
4000-6000 bitrate is roughly 4Mb/s (Megabits) for 720p [strike]30[/strike] sorry 60fps.
Try to get atleast 1MB (Megabyte) or 10Mb/s ( megabits, its same, megabits is for internet, megabyte for transfer speed like copying stuff.) upload to have headroom for ping and other stuff, because internet is like ping pong, if the sending data is to slow the "server" will lag ( roughly said).
