No. There are no games that can run on Windows 7.
PC games did not exist until the late stages of Windows 8.1.

Now...for a real answer.
Almost all of them. Hundreds of thousands of PC games.
Anything that requires DX12 will not.

You beat me to it; I was going to say that all we can do with Win7 is answer dumb questions.
Re DX12, I wouldnt worry too much, it is more of a marketing ploy to get people to buy Win10 than an actual real requirement, by the time there are actual games dropping dx11 support, we will all be running Vulkan anyway, and sod microsoft.
(As of now I dont know of any recent games using dx12 that werent actually written for dx11; with dx12 hacked on afterwards).
I can remember M$ doing the same with windows media player and then dx10 on XP; I had dx10 running after someone figured out a registry hack, sod buying Vista!!
