My new PC in the next weeks?

Don't have a PC... yet.
I was either going to build it myself or ask a company here in my country to build it themselves with the parts I want.

It's been sometime since I started talking with a company here about prices, changing some parts and whatnots and I think I will settle with this build.

If you guys could give an opinion it would be great.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600
MOBO: MSI B350 Tomahawk
RAM: Crucial 8gb ddr4 2400mhz
SSD: WD Green 120gb sata III
HDD: WD Blue 1tb sata III
GPU: Asus Radeon RX570 Strix 4gb gddr5
PSU: EVGA 500w 80 plus
CASE: Riotoro CR480

Total: U$S 1180

I asked about an option with a Gtx 1050ti 4gb PC, and with that GPU and with an PSU EVGA 430w Plus its going to cost me U$S 1120.
Is the +60 dollars worth it?
I looked comparisons of the 1050ti with the rx570 and people said that the rx570 is better but somewhat more expensive, but here in my country, at least in the site of the company where I will order my PC, they are the same price.

And another thing, before anyone talks about it, I'm planning to increase more 8gb of ram later one, it's just that I dont have the money right now.

And I dont know how efficient is the EVGA 500w 80 plus is, butvif its not good, I can always buy a better one next month and swapp it.

About the use of the PC, of course, gaming.
And probably some work on 3D to improve myself while I don't get to that part in the class I'm taking.

from what I recall the rx570 is similar to a 1060 (just with 4 gb instead of 3 or 6) so a 1050 ti would be weaker than it.

not sure on psu...but as system isnt that demanding it should be fine.

also 8gb ram is all you need usually.

only reason you need to get more is if you eventually end up using more than you have. (having 16-64gb ram is pointless if you never ever use mroe than 8)

the thing is I'm taking classes about programming games. Later on in the class we will start making 3D models, and even if we weren't going to, I want to learn to make 3D models by myself

I would first try and get 3000mhz or faster RAM, Ryzen perform better with faster RAM.

Second the RX570 is far better the the 1050ti but not quite as good as the GTX 1060. You could also save alittle and get the RX480 which is very close to performance as the RX570 but cheaper.

As far as the PSU you need to be careful what EVGA PSU they are putting in the case, alot of teh EVGA low tier stuff is garbage and something like the Corsair CX/CXM or Seasonic S12-II/M12-II are way better budget options. I would get a 500watt or great PSU to be on teh safe side.

I don't know who is building this PC for you but I would check with Xidax and/or NZXT as I've heard their prices and quality are very good.

Thing is, I don't live in USA.
The company assembling the PC is
Thot Computacion.
... yeah I know, begone Thot... hahaha funny meme right.
about the 480, I heard that the heat in that GPU is enough to keep your room warm. Kidding but not that far off from what I heard from a friend thaf had it. He even said that afetr switching to NVidia he had to buy a "warmer" for his room.

About the 3000mhz ram, in uruguay they are quite expensive so buying them, right now is off the bat (is that how it's said? sorry for bad english either way). Buying those ram were in my plan list but not as of now.

Since I talked about heat in the GPU, the case comes with some fans already installed, but I was planning to buy some noctua fans since I heard they were good.
Are they?

I was just looking the company Thot computacion about the GPUs they have, they dont have the 480, the best they have from AMD is the 570.
so its the rx570 or MSI gtx 1050ti since they have the same price. the 1060 strangely enough is way expensive.

The PSU would be EVGA 500w 80 Plus white as I don't believe they would use the 500 80 Plus Bronze

And the 3000 mhz ram, 2 of 4 gb together is 150 dollars... yeah...(sarcasm initiated...) cheap...(sarcasm ending...)

The 570 would be the best option then, and as far as why the 1060 is expensive, bitcoin miners sadly.

Dual channel RAM is far better performing then 1 single stick. You could always add another stick yourself however just remember that there's no guarantee how well miss matched memory will work together.

what I was planning to do as far as ram upgrade is getting the name of the ram they are putting and add another one of the same, even though 3000 mhs 2x4gb for 150 dollars is not unaffordable in the next months hummmmmm
