Will motherboard fit into the case?

Hello. All of the names will be copied from amazon.
My question is will the motherboard fit into the case:

Motherboard:
ASUS LGA 1151 STRIX GAMING Intel Z270 ATX Motherboard - Black

Case:
Cooler Master MasterBox Lite 3.1 Computer Case 'microATX, Mini-ITX, USB 3.0, Window Side Panel' MCW-L3B3-KANN-01

Also if you could explain how you found out that will be great.

No, it will not fit.

The main sizes are ATX or mATX. There are bigger and smaller than those two but they are most common, ATX being the most common.

An ATX case is big enough to fit a smaller mATX motherboard but not the other way around. You can't fit a full size ATX motherboard in a small mATX case.
