I have a 200gb ssd that I have my os on and a couple games. It has 135gb left so including extra space left for saved games, how much space should I leave for my ssd? Also does having my os on the ssd affect how much space should be left?

The hard limit, where performance on HDD drops off is 10% free; I havent heard of a limit on SSDs, because they work in a different way.

I once maxed out my first SSD and didnt notice any drop in performance; literally had 30MB free space on a 60GB drive; my own fault for getting a file size wrong when transferring from a dying HDD.

15-20-25% actual free space.
Going below that can impact the current performance and overall lifespan.

Doesn't matter what data is on it. OS included.

"200GB SSD" ? Make/model, please.

SSDs reserve some capacity to help run TRIM, the wear levelling system that stops the memory cells from wearing out too quickly.
There are older versions of some drives that were sold with total capacity and newer versions with capacity after TRIM reserve.
This reserve is also used to replace cells that have worn out, so the drive maintains its advertised capacity for longer.
