DDR2 RAM at 2400MHz?

I am looking to buy laptop but I couldn't get the right one at right price...

Okay, today, I saw a system with specs of DDR2 RAM with 2400MHz frequency. Is it good for gaming with a NVIDIA GeForce 920MX? CPU is i3 7100U, HDD 5400rpm 1TB at about 520$(converted from INR). (1080p display)

Is it good to go?

Have better options that is available in my country?

I wouldnt trust the SELLER (not the maker).

I had an issue with a Toyota dealership repeatedly claiming my Toyota MPV had an engine configuration that was impossible; they followed up their incompetence by fitting tyres with an illegal load rating, and trying to charge me £80 for a £8 wiper blade; since then my philosophy has been, if they spout bollocks, walk away.
