I have Core 2 Duo E8600 3.33Ghz processor. I overclocked cpu to 3.7Ghz... Working fine, heat is also fine (i guess in idle state 35-45, when gaming max 65-67c). When I turn on my pc, After I press power button turning on fine and suddenly turn off after 1-2 seconds and then turning on itself.. After turn on it self pc working as usually.. Motherboard is Asus P5Q and 500W PSU.. Is that normal thing happening after overclock..? Or am in trouble..?

Usually what this means is that your motherboard is failing to provide enough power to the CPU to properly run the overclock at the specified frequencies. If it turns on again, that means the CPU is still okay, but the overclock settings failed, and depending on your BIOS, the new overclock settings will be reversed to keep your CPU at a safe, stable level.
If it DOESN'T turn back on, the CPU may be damaged due to overvoltage.
This limit, of course, varies by CPU, but the only real limit is the CPU. Of course some motherboards that support overclocking may not be able to supply enough power. Most people don't have a problem with PSUs not having enough wattage unless they buy OEM desktops.

Actually overclocking settings are still the same. CPU is working @3.7Ghz... And, I don't know may be this is an overclocking feature, Only thing I did is set the CPU FSB (default is 333) to 370 (i came to this speed step by step. mean I overclocked to 350 and tested few days and then 360 now 370).. RAMs also overclocked to 740Mhz (I've 2GB 800Mhz + 1GB 667Mhz so both sticks working at 667Mhz). I didn't set the CPU voltage. Can it be the problem.>?

Typically BIOS automatically adjusts the voltage whenever you change any of the numbers, not just voltage. If you set it to run at a higher frequency, it'll require more voltage to the CPU.
I also apologize as I misunderstood the problem. If the PC turns off and back on, and the CPU still works, the motherboard is just preparing to provide a higher voltage to the CPU.

If it was power relared you'd have more problems on your hands as in hard shutdowns. If you don't get that don't worry about not getting enough power.

I've overclocked an 2600k on an Asus board which has always done that turn on turn off turn on thing even without overclock. Sometimes it does boot straight away, mostly not. Been this way for 5years and still running.

Haven't really figured why it happens, my guess it'll be just motherboard checking things before it fully turns on.

Ah.. No its ok friend... That means everything is ok right..? That's a normal thing..? I had this since 3.5Ghz... :)

Yes. As long as the CPU is still running at a stable frequency, it should be ok.
Although, this doesn't mean that there isn't any damage to the CPU. Be sure to take extra precaution not to clock your CPU too high, and check guides whenever clocking your CPU over the rated frequency. And even the slightest overclocks can cause degradation to your system.
