Hello guys, so the issue is that I have built a new PC with:

ASRock z370 Pro4 Mobo
Intel® Core™ i5-8600K Processor
MSI GeForce GTX 1070 Ti ARMOR 8GB

I also have two monitors one of which is with HDMI cable, the second one is with VGA cable.
Unfortunately, my GPU does not have VGA port and only has DVI-I port ( which sucks since I have VGA to DVI-D adapter only), so there is no way I can plug both monitors into GPU.

This made me want to plug VGA monitor to the MOBO, which afaik supports up to 3 monitors, and my CPU has integrated graphics, so this should work. I also went to the bios and set IGPU Multi-Monitor setting to Enabled, which means that by now everything that I plug into my mobo should work, however, my second screen is not working. I even put my HDMI connected monitor from GPU into Mobo, and it didn't work, so there is no port issue of any kind, but rather my mobo still doesn't want to work with multiple screens.

Did I miss anything? Any more settings in BIOS or drivers that I have to check? Or that build won't work at all and I have to buy an adapter and plug both screens into GPU?

Cheers, lads.

Yes, just checked. Unpowered my GPU and the second screen worked perfectly

Well, that worked! Since it was freshly installed windows I might've forgotten to install those.

Just for anyone who will run into the same issue, there is a little summary (since I had to browse net for roughly 2h to get all this info):
1 - Make sure your mobo supports multi-monitor and you have either APU or CPU with integrated graphics
( AMD Fusion or Latest Intel CPUs starting with I think 7th gen, might be even earlier though)
2 - Check IGPU Multi-Monitor setting in your BIOS, it should be enabled
(Look for Chipset Configuration or North Bridge Configuration tabs in BIOS)
3 - Your GPU needs to be installed preferably in PCI-E (1x16) slot
(Not really sure might it be a case, but worth to check. )
4 - Check your drivers
( Well, dumb me :) )
5 - To troubleshoot issues, try to unpower/unplug GPU to see whether onboard graphics work

As an always to work solution, you can buy an adaptor(Preferably VGA to HDMI or VGA to Displayport 1.4), there are always plenty of different ones for under 10$.
