Your Vacuum cleaner resistor has burnt and you need to know why it is burned. If you buy a new resistor and the new one will also burn so you need a proper solution. Take your vacuum cleaner to the repairer and ask him to check the vacuum cleaner, maybe there is an internal problem. And after that, you may change the resistor.
