I just finished building my computer, and installed windows.

But the Wifi/Ethernet are not working.

When I click troubleshoot it says
"Windows could not find a driver for your network adapter"

My motherboard is an ASrock B360 pro 4

What is going wrong?

from the mb vendor web page for the mb download intel chipset driver and install it. then the intel mei driver. after there installed do a reboot if they dont ask for one. on the reboot make sure in the bios the ethernet and wifi chipset is on. when you get back into windows the driver should load if not install it from the mb driver web page.
