it almost 7 months build, I just started having this freeze problems now, it doesn't happen every time while playing but it often does. some times even in short gaming sessions (10mins)

maybe it worth mentioning that I was testing and overclocking cpu and gpu, but restored everything to stock clocks and still freeze (freezing happens before overclocking) and I must hard restart the pc when it freeze. I cant figure out the problem appreciate your help.

thanks

Did you take all those screenshots at the same time? You didn't close hwinfo and reopen it? VCORE voltage dipped to 0.8v which would be normal at idle if your CPU was lowering clocks to coincide with the voltage drop, but according to your screenshots clocks never dropped below 4.39ghz and 4.39ghz certainly wont run stable with a vcore voltage of 0.8v.

I would check for CPU instability. Get a stress test program that does not use AVX like prime95 26.6 and run a stress test while monitoring VCORE and cpu clocks. If VCORE dips below say 1.2v and the PC freezes, that is your issue. Not sure what would cause that. I would reset the BIOS to stock if you haven't already.
