Why does my PC not use all of my internet speed?

So i have a Fiber connetion with 100 mb/s down and 100 mb/s up with 5 ish ping. I know that some speed get's lost along the way but my task manager (Windows 10) says that it's only using about 2.7 mb/s and in chrome it says only 200 kb/s. I know that downloading from servers far away takes more time but down to 200 kb/s from 100 mb/s... Really??? If anyone knows how i can fix this please let me know.

Downloading a file, and right now, i have League Of Legends (menus) opened, chatting in discord, and using this website alone. And still almost the exakt same results

Run a speedtest. You need to reduce as many variables as possible until you produce intended results then add them back in one at a time and swap variables for alternatives that you believe are working. Connecting your pc straight to modem is a good starting place.

Keep in mind that 100Mbits is 12.5 Mbytes.
