3 questions on how to get better Framerates.

I know different games require different settings to run at their best, so these 3 questions apply to the 3 I'm playing now on pc(Elder Scrolls Online, Destiny 2 and Sea of Theives). I'm new to PC gaming and don't know much about these things, so any information would be helpful. My PC stats are GTX1070, 16gb ram and I7. Monitor stats 144hz QHD Gsync.

1st Question. Is it best to play in FullScreen, Windowed or Windowed Borderless?

2nd. Is it best to play at capped or uncapped framerates?

3rd. Is it best to play with Gysnc on or off?

1: I would say fullscreen is best for gaming, because Windows will then try to lower usage of backround things a bit better. You can still try the different settings and see what works best for you, it can be different from system to system

2: I dont Play capped and I got no issues. The only thing i can think of, is that you may get less spikes if you set a capp.

3: G-Sync is pretty nice and not shit like V-Sync.. I would use it probably.. but also depends on you, try it, if you like it, use it.
