I have an I5-6200U wtih 2.3Ghz and 2.8 turbo, and a GTX 950M and 8 gb of ram , I'm wondering Will I be able to play games at a decent fps (Pubg, fifa, pes, gta,)
Is this I5 good enough for gaming?

The only recent game I would be playing is pubg, Because I know It would struggle to run recent games with a decent fps, So my main concern is will it be able to run pubg in medium or Low?

Low settings. Pubg is a poorly coded game that even high-end setups have trouble maxing out on.
You will have a similar outcome with GTA V as well.
The 2 sports games shouldn't have any issues though.
You can game on that setup, just know that AAA titles and other badly programmed ones will give you trouble, graphically speaking.
