The liquid cooler is the "masterliquid ml120l rgb"
Building a pc and been stuck on installing the liquid cooler for hours. We attached everything, fan, cooler on top of cpu. The circle shape cooler that goes on top of the cpu has 2 tubes that attach to the fan, and it has 2 wires. The manual says 1 goes into the connecter which goes into the fan, other goes into motherboard but the one that goes into the connecter. The manual says the one that has 3 spikes goes into the connecter but the actual wire has no spikes but instead 4 holes, the other has 3 holes.

So to make it more understanding, the 2 wires that are coming out of the cooler, one has 3 holes other has 4 but in the picture its showing one of them having 3 spikes on it that attaches to the connecter which has 3 holes. But the connecter only has 4 holes which you could then put spikes in it. And the other wire u put into the motherboard. So should i not pay attention to what it says and just put the 3 holes into the mother board and put the 4 holes in the connecter which will have 4 spikes?

Edit- I did it anyways, One of the wires that has 3 holes goes into one of the motherboard spots that has 3 spikes Led_1 and Led_2 which one, same for fan,

Sorry, i know that makes no sense

Solution
The fan headers on the motherboard has either three pins or four pins (male- exposed pins). The connector for the fans (and your pump) are female (either three or four "holes").

So the connector with exposed pins goes to the fan, and the female connector goes to the motherboard fan header.

So do you use the thing that has 3 wires on top that connect into both the fan and liquid cooler and 1 on the bottom that attaches to a something that controls the LED light(Controller?)?

The closed loop CPU coolers were designed to run off of the 4-pin CPU fan header on the motherboard. Apparently this manufacturer has incorporated a fan splitter into their design to run the pump and fan on one single header. If you have a RGB connector on your motherboard, plug it in. Otherwise leave it off and the fan will not be lit up.

I answered your PM. This is the webpage for your cooler.

The electrical connections are diagrammed on page 13 & 14 of the manual (which can be downloaded on that linked page.
