hey is this a thing?
or am i way off?

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/m83z6s

$620 is probably overbudget already but big upgrades for small bux could be considered.

Is the 8th gen CPU/MOBO overkill or is it good for future upgradeability?

I have SSD storage and will have monitor, OS, keyboard, mouse.

Am I forgetting anything?
Is that enough power?
Is everything compatible?
Is the case bunk or is it OK/Budget?

I see that parts picker says compatibility is ok and power is enough but I thought a community filter would be safer.

Thanks in advance
Jimmy

Thanks for the tips, people! :D You right about the dual channel memory i have learned, and as for waiting a few weeks..... i will try, but this money is burning a hole in my pocket. Seems right to wait tho for better price or better performance.
