I bought new CPU after changing the old CPU to new CPU my computer didn't want to start
every time I press start button computer goes on and after 1 sec it shuts down and repeats repeat... after a couple of months I have tried to fix it I gave up and sold it away and the buyer said its broken...

Was it really broken?
I am thinking to buy best i5 CPU because I think my motherboard won't run i7 3770.
The reason I want to buy is Rust, Heroes, and generals, (Starcraft 2) And I also like to stream heroes and generals but my fps is shit... like 2-20fps.

What should i do? should I buy i5 from eBay? because they are cheap on there
in Finland we have Tori.fi so I am buying new CPU there.
my specs https://gyazo.com/8787b1906bc3c6d7c12a72f693eb0157 and power supply is 650w
my question what is the best i5 CPU for 1155 socket? and do I also need new cooler?

First of all your motherboard does support i7 3770 which is the best cpu for the socket.

Your compatibility may have been a bios version issue. Some cpus need the 7788v25 bios, as you can see in the page above. I would go for the i7 3770 or with the i5 3570. You don't need a K cpu with that motherboard as it's not Z and cannot overclock, except for you are going to buy new mobo, which is not worth it on investing on an old platform.
Some remarks: It's not normal to have 2, 10 or 20 fps with this setup. Before upgrading, revise your system. Check your cpu,gpu temps while gaming. and also their % usage and their boost frequencies. Something is definitely wrong.

No. You don't need a new mobo. Your current mobo supports ALL of the models as listed in the above link, even the K models. I just explained that K processors require high end motherboards to perform with their full potential.
K processors are the ones that can be overclocked to higher frequencies over stock. They will work even in your motherboard but since your motherboard is not high end (like Z series), then you cannot overclock them and it's a waste. Watch the bios version needed for each cpu and find the one that you are currently on to check whether you need an update or not.
Still, i insist that your current rig is underperforming and you need to follow some troubleshooting before making any upgrade.

Your motherboard supports the i7-3770. It also supports the i7-3770k, which is an unlocked processor. However, your motherboard does not support OVERCLOCKING, which is what the "k" model CPUs are used for. Tolis is suggesting that you can save a little bit of money by buying the i7-3770 instead of the i7-3770k.

In laymans terms, just buy the i7-3770 and put it into your computer. You'll be happy with it.
