i want upgrade bios on this pc and i enter hp website and type me serial num and get 3 bios updates

Are you having issues with your system that you want to perform a BIOS update?
Which BIOS version does your system have at the moment?

It looks that they have released 3 BIOS updates for your system (2012, 2013 & 2015)
You should update to the latest BIOS (HP Consumer Desktop PC BIOS Update (ROM Family SSID 2ABF) 8.19 A 3.7 MB Jan 12, 2015)

i want update bios to install i5 3470 3.2ghz
im have ver 8.11 right now
i dont know if the cpu fit in pc tell me if you know
im ask hp support and tel me i cant install and update Because im install win 10 and the update for win 8
and tell me i should install ver 8.14 rev A not Ver 8.19
I Dont know what to do
please im need help fast

When in doubt, ALWAYS follow the recommendations of the manufacturer. That way, if there are issues, then the manufacturer is responsible for resolving the issues.

You should have asked HP support if you need a BIOS update to support the i5 3470.
According to post in HP forums, it looks like the i5 3470 is supported from the 8.12 version, so the 8.14 should be fine.
None of the 'Release notes' of these BIOS updates mention anything about CPU support though.
