Hello. I have a few question about the Intel i5 8400. I am using this CPU on a MSI B360 Gaming Plus motherboard and 8GB RAM.
I noticed that sometimes all cores (6 cores) are running at 3900MHz. I saw somewhere on the internet that when turbo is activated the maximum frequency on all 6 cores is 3800MHz.

1. It is normal if all cores run at 3900MHz at the same time ?
2. It could be harmful for the CPU to run all cores at 3900MHz ?
