Wifi dropping/stopping for a second every 2 hours

Hi!
I play a lot of computer games and have noticed an ongoing issue with my router.
My internet connection drops every 2 hours exactly and it drops for a few seconds max.
The problem has persisted every day for 5 years and we have even bought a new router to fix it,
the problem lasted. My DHCP server lease updates every 24 hours.

I speculate it is the ISP disconnecting it, but we are open to suggestions.

Thanks in advance!

Which DHCP server lease is 24 hrs? There are two DHCP servers in this configuration. The DHCP server of the ISP which assigns a public IP to the WAN of your router, and the DHCP server on your LAN, which assigns a local/private IP to your individual clients.

Thank you for the answer, how do I check the two DHCP servers?
In 192.168.*.* I have the lease set to 24 hours and if I check ipconfig it says it's longer.

Do I do it in the router webpage or in a console?

I'm sorry if I sound dumb
