Sennheiser game zero problem

I bought my sennheiser game zero a week ago and like 4 days after i bought it the entire left side of the headset and the mic doesn't work at all i have tried multiple stuff and it didn't work it has a 3.5 mm cord
i highly suspect it might be my phone cause i plugged it in there and it started right after can anyone please help me with this issue

Try opening the PC and making sure all your sound cables are securely connected.

Have you tried reseating the cable on the headphone end? The cables are detachable on (most) Sennheiser headphones. If one side and mic spontaneously stops working it does sound like a loose cable to me. I don't know if those comes with a spare cable, if so try that one.
