Hi, so i've recently purchased new components for my pc and upgraded it.
Since then i've been getting odd laggspikes in csgo for no reason at all.
This does not happen in any other games.

Basically i go from around 200fps to 30fps for around 30seconds.
This is fairly frustrating when playing at a fairly highlevel and i would like to fix this.
Here is an userbenchmark that i did with all the components included.

UserBenchmarks: Game 57%, Desk 52%, Work 43%
CPU: AMD FX-8350 - 57.5%
GPU: AMD RX 480 - 66.7%
SSD: SanDisk Ultra II 960GB - 66.1%
SSD: Corsair Neutron XT 240GB - 73.9%
RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR3 3x4GB - 36.4%
MBD: Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P FX

I have tried:
- Updating drivers.
- Overclocking.
- Launchoptions .
- Hardware reconfiguration.

Is anyone able to possibly help me?

check your CPU and GPU temps when you are playing the game.. IF for example the CPU or the GPU are overheating they could be slowing down for a little bit while they cool off then going back up to normal speed.

I've checked it using core temp and i havn't seen any differences in temp with lagspikes.

if you are running 3 stick of ram you are only using single channel then.. Just for the fun of it I would remove one so it runs in dual channel mode and see what happens. and run HWmonitor while you use the computer and play games and see if there is a temp spike.. I had one CPU that did that.. resolved it by reapplying the paste.. I didn't add enough so when it would use more of the cores it would go from cool to HOT very fast.. then temp back down in just a few seconds.

FPS drop vs lag-spikes is two different things in my world. IF your playing online and like someone uses your network a lot your latency will go up.. sometimes where its like you can't move at all.. and sometimes you can get disconnected.. I would see if you have an router that can see what traffic you have and see if thats the cause... and like does it happen with NON internet based games.. if it only happends with internet games then its something with your network OR the ISP you have.

I accidently picked this as the solution on my phone, it isn't it. But you are kinda right.
I've unpicked it due to it not being internetlag. My frames drop in ONLY CSGO from what i've noticed for 30 seconds from 200 frames to an unplayable 30fps.( may differ) .
