I think its a faulty GPU. Try to run the GPU on a different system just to confirm.

No it works on the other system I think it's is my psu is not powerful enough I have to upgrade it

Ahh, brother you should have checked the minimum PSU required for the gtx970, which is about 450-500 watts.

Your PSU is clearly the problem here. Buy a minimum 450 watt PSU which is atleast 80 plus rated to run your graphics card. Should cost about 30-40$.

So I googled a bit and found this

Unfortunately it's only 230 watts, so GTX 970 still might not run. I couldn't find any higher wattage PSU.

One thing you can do is sell your gtx970 and get a gtx1050 or 1050ti, and these might run on your existing PSU.
