low end. 5 generations behind, and half the ram needed for modern gaming.

Should work fine for office apps and web browsing.

A better question to ask: Is it sufficient for your needs?
If it is, who cares if it is lowend?
If it isn't, would knowing it was high end help?

But yes, it is low end.
It is a lowend system. Insufficient ram and a quite low processor.
