Help with SSD

Hello, I have an intel XPS with a 500gb HDD and a 32gb SSD. Obviously the SSD is for the operating system only, but the issue is that my account was created on it and all my downloads use the SSD as the first choice and the lack of storage is causing my laptop problems. Is there anyway I can create a profile on my HDD and configure the SSD so that nothing new gets written to it? Ideally, I would like the SSD hidden so it isn't in the way in the future.

Thanks!

The size of that SSD is basically a joke, The absolute smallest SSD you should have for a Windows OS is 125 GB. the smallest USB drive to install Windows 10 is 16 Gb and thats just to install the OS. I suggest using this link, http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/284934-32-tips-users , it has a simple guide on how to set up an SSD for the OS and use your other drive for Documents, downloads, videos, pictures and most all programs. The total read time is about 10 or 15 minutes, although the actual setup takes longer. Please think about a 250 GB SSD, you won't be sorry and they're cheap.
