No. CM Hyper H412R is designed to be used for cpus up to 100W TDP.
8600K is 95W TDP. Intel stock cooler can handle up to 130W TDP. BTW - there are bunch of different Intel stock coolers, i5-8600k don't have cooler bundled with it.
For overclocking choose something better than H412R.
Wrong information !!!! It's better than 212 evo which is listed as 150W. 212 Evo was not able to give me decent temps over 4.5GHz while 412r performed better even at 4.7GHz.
I find it hard to believe.
Same design cooler with less weight (358g vs 465g) and smaller fan (90mm vs 120mm) would be any better than heavier cooler with larger fan.
May be you're confusing H412R with some other model? Hyper 412 S , Hyper 412 Slim, Hyper 412 PWM?
