Just bought a bunch of new parts for my PC, installed them all and they work but my graphics card wasn't working at first, started working, then stopped working. All the lights turn on and fans spin but windows doesn't detect it.
EDIT: Previously card worked fine until my old parts died with the 980 in the system at the time
