CPU: Intel - Core i5-8400 2.8GHz 6-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master - Hyper 212 EVO
Motherboard: Gigabyte - B360 AORUS GAMING 3 ATX LGA1151
Memory: Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000
Storage: Samsung - 960 EVO 250GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive
GPU: Gigabyte - GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Mini ITX
Case: Phanteks - Enthoo Evolv ITX
Power Supply: Corsair - CXM 550W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX

I tried running this though www.pcpartpicker.com and got "The motherboard M.2 slot #1 shares bandwidth with a SATA 6.0 Gb/s port. When the M.2 slot is populated, one SATA 6.0 Gb/s port is disabled."

Is this something that should be considered and start over? or it's fine?

It's just warning you that not all SATA connectors will be usable with an M.2 card. You can can only have five hard drives instead of six.

The Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo is a bad buy. It is quite outdated. A Cryorig H7 is a much better budget cooler. Other decent models are the Be Quiet Pure Rock Slim and Scythe Kotetsu. Cryorig is the best. What they all share in common is a polished nickel plated solid copper base for even heat distribution. Unlike the CM which presses copper pipes into aluminum and grinds it flat with a rough grit. It doesn't disperse heat as evenly. It was great in its day but it is time to be retired.

As mentioned an ATX mobo is not usable with an ITX case.

Ohhhh I see. My bad i meant to use the GIGABYTE Z370M-D3H as the mainboard. Are there any recommendations for itx boards with usb-c?
As for the coolers, it seems like the H7 are out of stock and only H5 is left. Is that enough to cool? I'm debating on switching to NZXT's AIO cooling specifically the Kraken x52 or x62. Any thoughts?

mhmmm, I already have a gtx1070 from my old build so I'll be rebuilding the entire thing new except the gpu. The budget is at 1000$ excluding the gpu.
The Asus- ROG Strix Z370 is also a viable option. How does the ASRock Fatal1ty H370 Performance do?
I've always used normal fan coolers but never tried AIO. Is it really worth the money to spend on AIO coolers?
Will definitely check out the phanteks shift case! Thank you so much!

Since this is somewhat a budget build, I'll be using the Intel Core i5-8400 which isn't overclockable. It doesn't seem to get that hot so air cooling should do the job but AIO cooling does seem very interesting.
