Usb 3.0 ports recently stopped working

My usb 3.0 ports recently stopped working, they still seem to provide power, but they will not recognize anything being plugged into them.

Hi.
"Congratulations" - your USB 3.0 controller is probably dead(99,9%).
I have a same issue.
I've using PCI-E USB 3.0 card now. It is a working solution. Cause mainboard repair costs is too expensive for me.
