So I don't have a good computer for games, which i do want. I cant get a new computer, but a new card can.

But i don't have a lot of money, around 100 is the max.
Another thing, I only have 1 slot. So I can't use cards which need more slots than one.
My power supply also only has 350 watt.

I was thinking about gtx 750 ti, but those aren't being sold new anymore i believe :(.

Any recommendations?

Is that true? I had my GTX 1060 6GB running on X58 platform, generation 1 i7, BIOS years old and no UEFI

It's be good if we can know the details about your PC. Is it a particular OEM model (Dell, HP, Lenovo), and if so, what model?

Even though you're confined to a single slot, can you use a full-width single-slot card, or are you limited to the half-width "low profile" style cards?

Alright, here are the specs of my pc:

Medion akoya
8gb ram
i5-6400 2712 Mhz
motherboard H110H4-CM2
the bios uses UEFI
intel hd integrated 520
350 watt power supply

And that 1030 looks really good, will it work with my 350 watt?

Your rig will be just fine for the 1030. As long as the length will fit in the case.

Some of the latter generation Nvidia GPUs don't play nice with legacy bios.

Nvidia stopped supporting Legacy BIOS and 32 bit systems during the 700 series GPU's, no official driver support then good luck getting the BIOS to even see the card. IF you got it to work then you have a UEFI supported motherboard which is common on X58 since it spanned that transition between Legacy and UEFI "2009-2013"

Well i have this really big, idk, fan thing, thats kinda in the way. Here's a photo of that:

Do you think i can still fit the graphics card, or if i can remove the thing? (not the fan itself, but the thing around it)

Yeah, I don't know what that is. Looks like it is crooked. If it can be adjusted I don't think you will have any issues. It just needs to be turned clockwise about an inch and there will be room for the 1030 to connect to the PCIe slot.

Most of the time the issue is the length of the GPU. So you want to make sure that there is enough clearance behind the PCIe slot. From the photo it looks like it will clear those wires and will fit.

I think I found out what it is, it is a.. thing that leads to the outside of the pc, where fresh comes and ventilates it. I don't think i can turn it, because it stuck with screws. I can try to unscrew it, but i don't wanna damage anything :/
