Hi guys,

I have a GTX 1070 and from nowhere, 144hz stopped working. In NVIDIA control panel, if I try to change to 1080p 144hz, the screen goes "stretched" with a message "Check DVI dual link cable".

If I change to 60hz, all works fine

But I already tried like 3 different cables and nothing works.
Using a Display Port the 144hz is not even showing in control panel. (!!!)

My monitor is the 144hz from Philips.

Also tried to change the resolution through monitor itself, but same thing.

Any help on this?

Solution
With the displayport cable connected open the nvidia control panel-> change resolution scroll down to PC select 1920x1080 and on the right you should be able to select 144Hz. the 1080p option under Ultra HD, HD, SD(top of the list) will only give 60Hz as the highest option.
