I got;
Ryzen 2700x
Asus 470-f gaming
Corsair vengance 2x8gb led 3200mhz
Geforce gtx 1060 6gb dual oc
1tb harddrive
cm 500w psu

I feel windows are really slow, especially when booting, and waiting for all programs to start. It's a weird feeling bcuz of my new cpu, mb and ram. I tought this would have some affect on my ''pc speed''.

Something im missing out? Please help. Are the ssd really that worth it?
I have a ssd, which are 120gb, but I was told it's too small for windows.

I have 120gb ssd, i have windows and fortnite on it, and still have some room(about 30gb). You will see BIG difference in boot up speed, and please tell me who told you 120 is not enough?

Some SSD's come with free software there is other stuff like macrium reflect or something like that. AGain if you have 550GB used on your 1TB hdd you will need a 750+GB SSD to do a migration, if you just reinstall Windows a 250GB SSD would be just fine, (make sure you unplug the HDD when reinstalling Windows so it doesnt put the boot partition on the wrong drive)

The only way to move Windows from a HDD to SSD is to make the used space on the HDD smaller than the free space on the SSD before using any cloning or data migration software.
It is not possible to move just Windows or Windows and a few choice programs from one drive to another, it's all or nothing.
If you do a fresh install of Windows to a new SSD you will need to reinstall ALL your existing software either to the SSD or HDD, because the new Windows install won't know where that software is.
It's a big move, best done during the weekend when you have plenty of time.

Back up anything you want to keep, there's not absolute guarantee they'll be available once you install Windows to the SSD, you should set the AHCI option in BIOS to on before installing the SSD-they run much better if formatted in this way-but if the HDD was formatted differently its contents won't be recognised by the new system when you reconnect the HDD.
