One day fast PC and the next day slow?

Firstly, my system.

CPU: Intel i7
Motherboard: Rampage II Extreme
Memory: 8GB DDR3
OS: Windows 10 64 bit
Hard drives:
C: 250 GB SSD (Only Windows and program files on it) 119 Gb free space
D: 1Tb SSD for my games, 344 Gb free space
E: 500 GB normal hard drive with movies and other stuff on it, 376 Gb free space

My computer has been running fine, better than fine. I run some pretty high end games, all on Ultra graphics and, with the exception of Star Citizen, they all ran beautifully. Yesterday I started running Rocksmith on it as I am trying to learn the guitar and everything was running like a dream. Before going to bed, I installed the CustomForge Song Manager which is a third party program for adding new songs to Rocksmith. I did not try it before bed, I just installed it and went to bed.

This morning I turned on my computer and it runs like my old Pentium 2. Once windows loads up I have to wait for about 5-10 minutes before the system is loaded up and things start to work. The computer only has to load Avast Antivirus, Malware Bytes and the Creative Cloud software. Anything I try to do takes many minutes to start, if at all.

I have scanned my system for viruses and malware and both scans come back clean. I have removed the CustomForge Song Manager from my computer but still everything is running like crap. Applications like games will not work at all now.

Any ideas where to start?

What do you mean, "How long did I check it?". Surely the amount of free space is not going to change much unless I install or delete something from the SSD. I just checked them all again and they all still have the same amount of free space as when I first wrote this post.

well it could have installed updates automatically or you could have downloaded something that saved on the right SSD drive or your HDD which could happen if you don't have it configured properly. also if your windows pagefile is on your 250GB SSD it could have filled that SSD drive as well. SSD's performance worsens when it gets close to full

One thing I have just noticed is that when I turn Steam on, Rocksmith is already running in the background, yet I cannot find any indication of it running in the task manager. I cannot delete it through Steam as you cannot delete a program while it is running and as it is not in the task manager, I cannot stop it from running. I'm guessing that this is what is slowing my computer but I have no clue how to stop it.

When you turn on steam and you run a game, the name turns green in your games list and says, "Running" next to it. Also, if I try and start another game, I get an error message telling me to shut down Rocksmith first.

Okay so I have sorted the problem with Rocksmith on Steam but the computer still runs slow still so that wasn't the issue. I have no idea. So apart from Rocksmith and the Song Manager, I have not added any other software in the last couple days so that makes me think Hardware. What could have gone wrong for the computer to suddenly run so slow? Could the memory have suddenly broken?

to me it possible it could be either an issue with the ram or one of your storage devices
