Hello
A few days ago I was playing Fortnite and my PC closed itself randomly , the cpu cooler's fans didn t spin nor the gpu s cooler ones and the display turns black after that . If I wanted to restart the PC I'd have to pull out the cables and wait 2-3 mins otherwise it won't start. Since then it started to happen everytime I play the game more than 5-10 mins at most.
My specs are :
CPU : Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 3.00 GHz , not overclocked and it never goes above 60°C
GPU : Nvidia GT 730 Gigabyte 2 GB gddr5 , not overclocked and it never goes above 70°C
RAM : 3 GB RAM DDR2 800 mhz
Motherboard : biostar g31d M7
PSU : a 450W PSU, no idea what model
So why does this happen ? I noticed it happens everytime I play Something that I don t meet the minimum req , is it because the CPU is overloaded and it shuts down to protect itself or is it because the PSU isn't strong enough? I used a PSU calculator and my rig uses only 225W and a 275W is recomanded. Do I have to buy a new CPU or a new PSU?

The only way to tell is to open your case and look at it. It's possible you will need a better PSU as well.
