I'm not disconnecting but it looks like I am.

I use wireless adapter because I'm separated from the router by a wall.

In league of legends if you disconnect from the internet you'll get 500ms, we'll need that later.
Now the problem I'm experiencing only happens to my computer only so It might be about the adapter (TL-WN781ND) or Windows 10(?).
When I watch youtube or browse the internet in general, my internet is fine and I experience no problems but when it comes to online games, the internet falls down hard. Sometimes the internet's fine with a fixed 25ms, even checked my internet speed before every game but when I'm extremely unlucky, my ping will suddenly blow up to at least 1000ms, even being fixed on 500ms entirely (meaning it might be disconnected). My wifi bar would either go 1 bar, no bar or full bar as if like I'm near it(which I only get around 2-3). It continues until I finish the game, I even played right before posting this and my connection is alright.

What I tried to fix this was to update drivers, a .bat file that changes ip address but when disconnecting and reconnecting to my wifi is something special, on occaisions I get a new NetworkProfile named NetworkProfile with Identical bar and password as my original wifi I can delete it but it always comes back.

TL;DR
I keep on getting lag spikes during online games only but reverts back to normal after one, and sometimes adds an unfamiliar wifi named NetworkProfile every time I disconnect and connect again.

nope not swamped. It does get more frequent when somebody else's using it but it still happens even if I'm the only one at home.

I didn't know how to use it so I tested everything
All of them doesn't seem to have a stable connection
The best I had was still abrupt but lesser.
Some of the tests were more intense where you can't even see a straight line
The latter just doesn't want to connect

So I have a swamped connection then? How do I fix it?

start with power savings. in the device turn off power savings so windows wont put the dongle to sleep. use windows power settings to keep the usb hub and usb chipset from powering off. find the rev of the card and the chipset used on the card. get he driver from the chipset vendor it may be newer.

Tried it, doesn't work
and to make things clear I don't use a usb adapter, I use the one you connect on a PCIe
(I did try to turn off power savings too)

Ignore the bufferbloat on dslreports. it's going to happen no matter what with no qos. the quality section and the minimums are more important. if you are seeing huge jumps it's a bad sign. if the min dips are too low you might be buffering/dropping. what are your speeds on wifi compared to what you pay for?

Your wifi may be congested or you are just too far from the source. there are apps on mobile to test congestion.

I honestly do not understand half of it. My bufferbloat testing was disabled due to high latency, Maybe because I'm too far away from their servers to test my speed? because other speed testing sites work for me, all of them showing less speeds from what I pay for. I had 5mbps but they show only at 1, I recently upgraded to 10 and it stayed 10 for only a few days, right now it measured 8.9.

Can you test with a wired connection? You may be having wifi related issues. Which is why I suggested you try a congestion test. There may be open channels that you can use with better results. The default is the middle channel for most wifi.

If my router was inside my room, I would have used a wired connection in the first place. I can't use an ethernet as I have a door and a wall. My router was set up on channel 6, which is the middle? My neighbors use 1 & 11 so I'm having channel 6 for myself.

Move the pc or use a long cable for testing. You need to identify the problem. You can't narrow down that it's wifi if you don't test without it. Did you do the congestion test to see the channels? 6 would be the best in that situation.
