Hello people,
i got a little problem since a day, My gpu fan is always spinning without using the graphic card. It started after i forget to shut down my computer when i was playing and it was running the game until the next day.. Then i had to shut it down with the PC button. Later i wanted to use the Computer and it started to be much more noisy. It was the fan of the graphic card. I went in to MSI Afterburner to check it up. The temperature is okey , for example even when the graphic card is at 50c the fans are spinning about 1000 rpm. Is it possible because of the warm weather outside? If i play games it gets up to 1800 rpm. Its so noisy and then it gets until 83c.

I would be very happy if someone can help me

Hi rodolphe thanks for your answer,
i only have one normal fan at the mainboard, its like a standart fan.
Complete Build : I7 870 2.9ghz , gtx 1060 3gb , 8 gb RAM.
I cant imagine why the graphic card is now so noisy.... Its 3 months old..

thanks for answers

Hi juniorhuso,
Is your fan at intake or exhaust?

By the time of the year (Summer) the warmer environment can cause that.
I've personaly seen my 1080 being 10°C hotter than usually...

You can help that by adding 1 or 2 case fan to increase air flow in order to make the heat go out of the case quicker.

hi,
my fan has a plastic tube like a exhaust , but i took it out to look if something with the mainboard fan is wrong. But i think you're right. Could be because of the weather. By playing games the temperature goes up to 83 c . Is this okey?
I think its a good idea to add a case fan.
