these laptops which one is better for development Asus vivobok was too slow. i'm using it for Android development the build time taken is more. Any better suggestions for laptop better than Asus-Vivobook-S510Un-Bq132T

Well....here's the thing....there is more than one Ryzen 5 quad core.....so we really can't make a comparison until we know which one it is.

Get the Ryzen one. It'll be at least 150 dollars cheaper. Desktop i7 CPUs cost up to 340 dollars; Ryzen 5 CPUs cost up to 180 (not including 2nd-gen Ryzen chips)

CPU performance wise the Second one is a bit more powerful, also it has MX150 discrete graphics which are somewhat faster than the onboard Ryzen Vega of the first one. I have a nearly identical laptop to the Ryzen one and its excellent, but if you can afford it, the Asus will be all around faster.
