Gpu and motherboard RAM sharing

I was wondering if there is a program that repurposes vram as main system ram as whatever game I play I always have at least 2gb vram left and games like forza horizon 3 use more than the 8gb I have in my system and I think it would help.

The simple answer is no. Buy more ram when you can afford it.

You could try Readyboost with a USB key (needs to be a fast one) to expand cache and use the HD less when using the swapfile ( as your 8gbs gets saturated.)

I'm not even sure if ready boost works on Win 10
