Performance is going to be roughly the same. So unless the EVGA card has a better warranty or a far superior cooling solution, pass on it. Any performance advantage is going to be from the overclock or a higher boost thanks to cooling.
Looking at it, the EVGA has a superior cooling solution and higher clocks. Actual performance is probably less than 10% greater though. Not really worth the price, unless you like gadgets and gizmos with your cooling.
That said, they have 3 yr warranties... so it all comes down to the cooler and how important overclocking is to you.
