My computer is some what slow what should I upgrade?

The i5-2400 is quad core.
That said, what exactly is slow about it? Particular games? Particular applications?
Do you also have a regular HDD to go with the SSD you have? I think having a total of only 224GB of storage could hurt the system as you could be running out of space; you'd have to religiously keep up with cleaning up temp files, downloaded updates that have already been installed, etc.
If gaming seems slow, what resolution and refresh rate is your monitor?
"Somewhat slow" is kind of vague, we'd need more detail as to what the issues are.

So as is general use or gaming? Your SSD should keep the system for general use quite fast as long as you leave at least 30-40gb free. As for gaming you may want a better CPU and its a quad core, not dual core.

i5-2400 is a quad core. At this point, pretty much CPU/Motherboard/Memory.
GTX1060 is fine for 1080p gaming.
i5-8400 perhaps? If you are on a budget an i3-8100 (quad core, older i3 were dual core with HT) is the equivalent to an older i5, but given the number of generational improvements, might be as much as 30-40% faster.
