PC shuts down when playing demanding games

Hello and sorry because this is probably a common issue, but I cannot find a concrete solution online:

My PC shuts down when playing demanding games. Temperatures should be ok, I suspect it's a PSU problem but I don't have another one to test it.
EZ-Debug LED turns on and signals it's a CPU issue, but CPU temperatures are fine.
I'd upload HWMonitor logs but I don't know if I can or how.

SPECS:

    Windows 10 64Bits

    MSI B350M Bazooka
    Nox Hummer H-190 CPU Cooler

Generally speaking, sudden shutdowns at load are most commonly temperature or power supply. If your temperatures are in fact fine, the power supply is the next likely suspect. No way getting around testing with another one unless you find a reason to believe something else is going on.

CPU temp is around 50, even less. Since the crash is random I can't really say exactly.
Drivers up to date.
I can't borrow a psu :(

The board may be under-reading the cpu temps what exactly are the readings in game? And what games??

Some games only use 1 or 2 cores, so they may be getting very hot, while the overall temperature of the cpu package remains well within tolerance.

HWMonitor shows the core temps as well as the package temps on my cpu and mobo types.

50 is almost impossible. Use MSI afterburner to check temp please.

While GPU is almost at 70, CPU is at 46 atm (edit: just reached 50, I'll keep playing until PC dies again, checking temps from time to time). Using Afterburner.
