Hi everyone. I just buy new msi gtx 1060 3gb oc v2. i dont no why it boost clock going to 1874mhz when i play pubg. with this boost clock my pc always auto restart when i play game about 1 hour. i need to use msi after burner deduct it to 1700mhz, then it run normal. thanks

It's very normal for the GPU to boost itself higher than the advertised boost speed, this is NVidia's GPU boost 3.0 and most people think it's a good thing and it shouldn't cause your PC to shut down. It sounds more like a power issue, what PSU are you using?

Well then that's a good thing. If you get a higher boost. You got yourself a good card. Swap out the PSU and give it a try. Keep in mind, you can always just keep the receipt and return the PSU to the store if that doesn't fix your problem.

thanks for answer. i will try this card with another pc

Yeah, trying the card in a different PC, or trying a different PSU in your PC should help pinpoint the problem.

As I said earlier GPU boost 3.0 comes standard with the drivers and it will boost way past advertised boost speed. I've got a EVGA 1060 6GB SC, with a base clock of 1607 and boost of 1835. I've never seen it run slower than 1935MHz while gaming and it's often closer to 2000MHz, and I haven't changed any settings, it's all GPU boost 3.0 that's doing it.
