Hi guys , first of all , my PSU is cooler master 350w 16a on 12+ (old 9-10years).So lets begin , i had hd 6570 so i want upgrade and i ask on forums can i pick hd 7750 on this psu , they say sure, so i buy hd 7750(used) , so i install drivers , but i got bsod and freeze screen or amd display driver stoped working or my display go black and after that go back 
. So i reinstall drivers ,and I tried more of them , but again same , so i reinstall windows but again same , i was thinking maybe gpu is problem so i sold that gpu and buy r7 250 , but again same problem ( GPU IS 100% GOOD).After that i try my old graphics card 256mb x1600 and install drivers and she working fine !.
My question is : BSOD and Driver stoped working because PSU? Is it possible?
I want to buy new PSU Falcon FLC-450L 450w , can that psu handle r7 250?
