Will i be able to use a dedicated graphic card with ryzen 2400g.

Hello everyone,
Actually i am building a pc with ryzen 5 2400g processor which has vega8 graphics..but after a month i will buy a discrete graphic card,so my question is will i be able to use my graphic card with this processor.

Firstly the Ryzen 5 2400G has Vega 11 not Vega 8! Ofcourse you can use a dedicated GPU if you need. But try to buy something above the Nvidea GTX1050. Because the Vega 11 gives similar performance compared to Nvidea GT1030, so upgrading to a GT1030 won't make any notable difference.
