Dark rock pro 4, NH-D15S (with two fans) or the DH15.

I have an extreme4 z370 with corsair lpx low profile ram.

I'm interested in ease of installation and for it not to be so big and heavy. Deathly afraid of water cooling.

Solution
I vote for the NH-D15s. You do not need an extra fan for it.
Noctua is trivially easy to mount.
I would pass on the NH-D15. It is larger than the s variant and taller.
The D15s is a newer design that is offset to clear graphics cards and will not be impacted by tall ram.

The DR4 pro looks to be able to do the job also, but I have no experience with it.

Noctua D15 or D15S - hard to beat the quality

one suggestion on any cooler, a lot of users complain about getting the 2nd screw to catch threads when attaching the cooler. If you compress the spring under the screws, fully compress them, it will shorten the screws uncompressed length slightly just enough to make it a little easier to catch the threads on the 2nd screw (i work with springs)

To give you an idea or example, brand new springs, 17 lb compression value (takes 17 lbs to compress 1 inch), new they're 6" in lenght. Compressed one time fully, they drop to 5.5 inches uncompressed. The springs on the cooler screws are roughly 35-40 lb compression value, and much shorter - so the loss in length will not exceed 1/16th" but will make it easier to install. You'll notice over time, every time you un-install the cooler and re-install it gets easier to catch those threads on that 2nd screw - it compresses the length a little more each time it's installed

Pro4 and D15s are pretty close to equal, in performance. The Pro4 definitely looks better, no ugly browns, the mount is similar, no worries either way.

Both are more compatible than the older designed D15, even if both are behind its performance by a few degrees.

You'll not go wrong with either decision with those coolers.
