As smorizio, sounds like your psu is struggling to supply enough power to get the PC started.

PCs draw a lot more power in the first 20-30 seconds, as they get everything spun up, especially if everything is "cold"; this is why a 2nd, 3rd attempt can work, the device motors are already partially energised and turning slightly, regulator capacitors are already partially or fully charged and the current draw needed is a lot lower.

Start up is also a stressful tine for the cpu, as it loads the OS, so it too draws more power than when it is idling or performing basic background tasks.

The amount of power a psu can supply drops slowly as the psu gets older, so what was fine 5 years ago, could be marginal now, even if no components have been changed.

I don't think the problem is the psu, because some time I can just came and turn the pc one properly. I even ran a stress test many times, but I will search for another psu and try to test mine in some other

Ps : Im using a silverstone sx500-lg
